Sales Administrator with German or French or Italian

A customer services / sales administration professional with passion for delivering customer service and sales support excellence and fluency in German OR French OR Italian is sought after by my client, a global regenerative medicine organisation to join their European customer care hub to provide sales order management support to the department who are currently undergoing a period of growth.

My client offers in-depth training and continual support whilst enhancing your customer services/ sales order processing further. My client offers a good salary and a great range of benefits which includes monthly travel discount and a friendly, well-established and supportive set up

Initially the role is being offered as a 6 month FTC in which you will have full responsibility and manage the entire sales order life-cycle from order entry to payment processing to coordinating shipments and deliveries whilst providing professional customer care support via email and telephone in German OR French OR Italian, ensuing the customer receives the best customer experience which is an area my client prides themselves on!

Profile

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German OR French OR Italian AND English
Previous experience in customer service / client services/ sales administration/ sales coordinator/ order management / sales order processing is essential
Able to commute to Crawley, West Sussex
Experience of working in busy, international offices whilst remaining calm and focussed at all times
Great problem solving skills with ability the forge strong relationships with clients and distributors
Methodical approach to work: excellent coordination, prioritisation and multitasking skills
Keen to learn and build upon your customer service and develop your sales order processing
Strong IT skills with knowledge of ORACLE or SAP or other ERP systems being advantageous
